Don't like the new packaging.

This new formula and packaging replaces the Shea Hands & Body Ultra Rich Wash which I've been using as a hand soap because it does not dry my hands out. The new packaging is terrible. The dispenser is odd and not easy to use. Then, the pump detached from the top while the container was still nearly full. I have reattached it, but now the pump doesn't work at all. Pretty packaging, but doesn't go with all decor and is not functional.

Nice non drying hand wash

Like the smell and that it doesn't dry out your hands. The only problem I have is the applicator. The soap doesn't come out like it should.

I would not buy this product again

I am so used to the lavender Shea, hand soap, product thickness that I do not care for this one as it is too thin

In love!

Great product

I love the product. The new bottle is beautiful. The only downside to the new bottle has a very short spout. It's difficult to get the product in your hand.

Good soap but new bottle design is awful

Soap is as expected but the bottle is kind of cheaply made and kind of half lets soap out and only in a certain setup. I was playing with it forever and can't get it right. Disappointing a good hand wash is in a shotty container.
