Gold stud earrings

Did not receive my credit for the 1 pair of earrings that I received...I ordered 2 pair - received 1 pair. Called Macys..explained this to them. he understood...and only credited me for 1 pair. I returned the 1 pair that I received. I ordered 2 pair-- was charged for 2 pair - only received 1 pair.....I know you really don't care == you see this all the time...but I have been a customer forever but no more...done!!!!

Frustrating

These were bought because the back came off my original earring and I lost it. The cost doubled in price and the second time I wore my new pair the back came off again!! Fortunately I didn’t lose the earring this time but now I am missing the back. Very disappointing.
