Great liner

This pencil is really great! It goes on smoothly and is easy to control. I got blue and the color is true. Sets up well after just a few minutes. Stays pretty all day until you take it off.

MY FAV!

I have purchased this many times, goes on nicely and wears well. I like the smudger at the other end as well. The pencil lasts a long time so it is worth the price.

What happened?

I've been buying the revised version of this eyeliner since it was introduced, and while it wasn't as good as the original formula it was still good enough to use on my older (sight) eyelids and I love the blue color.. I bought the liner again two months ago and just ran out of my old one. Whoa, what happened to the formula? It is hard and dry (it was tightly capped in the box) and doesn't deposit any color on my eyelids without pressing very hard (and then it skips).I didn't return this during the 30-day window because I was still using another one. I'm sorry to have wasted my money, but wonder if I try to purchase another if I will have the same problem. Has the formula been changed in the last 6 months?
