Wrong color sent to me caused by flawed system

I'm very disappointed that the color on the model "does not" match the actual color selected. This has to be why the wrong color was sent to me. I used a gift card to pay so this is a nightmare for me to work with Macy's to resolve. They first need their IT folks to resolve their internal mismatch technical issue. Macys' said they'll send me a 25% off discount for the inconvenience in 24 hours; I never received it as it's been days. I'm so disappointed with this order.
