Excellent Shirt. Poor Delivery. Fair Resolution
I originally ordered this shirt for home delivery, but DoorDash delivered it to the wrong address. The delivery photo clearly showed it was not my home, yet my initial request for a replacement or refund was denied. As a long-time Macy's Platinum member, that was very disappointing. After several contacts with customer service, Macy's eventually issued a gift card credit. Three weeks later, I reordered the same shirt using store pickup, and that experience was smooth and hassle-free. The shirt itself is excellent. Today I used my Macy's card to purchase a Ninja Crispi Pro. Unfortunately, store pickup wasn't available, so it must be delivered. I'm hopeful this delivery goes smoothly and that Macy's has improved its delivery process so I never have to experience another misdelivery and lengthy resolution again.

Quality fabric
I liked the color and quality of fabric as expected from Ralph Lauren. This is a pre-shrunk Polo shirt. I felt the polo shirt is bit tight; should have been 3/4in wider after pre-shrunk.

A Must Have for a Capsule Wardrobe
This polo shirt is stylish, comfy, and versatile - a must have for any wardrobe. This is one of my favorite polo shirts. It really goes with anything. Wear it to a casual event or dress it up with some khakis. I have two of these, and want to get more.

Color, Model, Person wearing it
I bought this for my hubby and he loved it!! But it didn't come with a fine chocolate man! That's the only thing I need in my life! Wine, Chocolate and D.. I'm not going to finish that! Overall, great product me and my family love bloomingdales.
