Cleaner

This is my second Dyson. After much time trying to translate your shocking instructions I have managed to get to grips with the machine and we have finally bonded. I was very disappointed that the kit did not include the small brush that was provided with my last Dyson. The cleaner is quite heavy presumably due to a more powerful motor. I have to say that the plastic feels very flimsy and I’m not convinced that it will last very long.

great new features

bought this to replace another that i had for years and had finally given up. The run time is excellent suction is also excellent. The new charging feature is a game changer in that it automatically switches off once fully charged

Benchmark Quality!

After using various brands of cleaner over many years my wife and I had a Dyson bought for us as a surprise. Surprise is too mild a word for what we discovered. The jump in quality of performance, engineering and build standard is staggering. It's light, powerful, manouverable and simple to operate and clean. Quantum leap!!!

Happy Dyson Fan once again.

I bought this new Dyson several weeks ago as upgrade on old Dyson which still works but getting too old for parts. Happy so far. Love that you don’t need to hold trigger to make vacuum work. Great run time and great price as on sale. Great suction and easy to use.The only criticism was connecting the charging cable into wall mount….this took some time as it doesn’t seem to click into place very easily, apart from that I’m a Dyson fan and have been for years.

Liked my old one better

It’s too hard to open to empty. None of the brushes match any of the Dysons I have so I have to buy all new parts.
