- Solid Color: Apply one coat of ORLY bonder base coat and allow to dry. Apply two coats of your favorite ORLY nail lacquer, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. Finish with ORLY polished top coat or Sec N' Dry top coat.

The right color for me
Non Existent Color
I ordered this nail polish in Soft, Dusty Pink and received Cupcake. When I called customer service, they could not find this shade listed, although I still see it on the webpage. As a result, I requested a refund. I was told I would have to return the nail polish that was mistakenly sent to me. Unbelievable! First, they send me the wrong color, then they can’t exchange it, and then the icing on the “cupcake” is that they want me to return the one they sent to me in error in order to get a refund. This is the worst encounter I’ve ever had with Macy’s. In a terribly competitive retail world, I would think they would want to keep their customers happy.
