Purchase and delivery

I ordered this on July 10th, got an email confirming that the bag will be at the store ready for pick up on July 15. On July 15 I called Macys and they told me it would be at the store on July 17. On July 17 they told me it would be at the store that day later on, or the next. It is now the next day and I still do not have the bag!!! How on earth am I getting an email to review something I haven’t received. I am beyond upset.

Used Bag

Bag arrived in a box with no plastic cover and had marks on it. It looked used and had the store security tag on it. It also was delivered by DoorDash to other wrong community. I had to use their picture to find the house and it was not even near me. It was a birthday gift. I can’t give this to him.it looks used. I can’t believe this came from Macys. I want to return it. And I am a gold member.

Beautifull bag

I bought this bag for my husband...unfortunately it was too big for his needs. Would buy again if it was smaller. Have to return it to the store...wish Macy's had a selection at the store to see and purchase.

When I opened the box to take the bag out, it looks dirty and used. The quality looks poor and dirty. I will never order this again!

Fantastic Bag - Looks great even three years later

I have been using this bag for the last three years as my daily driver. It has aged gracefully and still looks amazing. It is well built and holds everything I need on a daily basis.

Beautiful as a man-purse

My husband’s new man-bag, and he carries it with pride. Beautiful leather, lots of deep pockets. He can carry all his stuff and stop asking me to “put this in your purse”. He likes that he can carry it into museums with no hassle. Only knock, it is a bit heavy.
