Smell is Disappointing

The smell of orange on my hands after rinsing is nice, but wow it smells terrible while using it. Smells like menthol. It also dries out my hands. Very disappointed, especially because of how expensive it is. Will not buy again and do not recommend. I'm too embarrassed for my guests to use this so I will purchase another from somewhere else.

Premium soap in sub-par packaging.

The soap is very nice - love the scent and the rich consistency. The only disappointment with this product, was that the bottle is plastic. For the price point, and that they're obviously trying to compete with premium brands like Aesop, I definitely expected the bottle to be glass. Also, given that they sell refill product, it would make even more sense if the bottles were glass.

Smells like Vicks Vapo Rub

Smells like Vicks vapo rub. Nothing like what the scent notes suggest. Packaging looks nice but is cheap plastic. Consistency is very slippery like it coats your hands and you can’t get it off because it’s so slippery. No lather. Pretty disappointed for the price.

strange smell

I think it stinks and leaves a weird film over your hands. I just don’t see myself ever reaching to try this brand again overall all right soap, though just very strong earth sent.

Cheap packaging! Bottles are plastic

Great product but overpriced for what you get. To be honest I'm mostly disappointed in the packaging which I expected to be glass but is plastic. If it was a glass bottle it would really elevate the product and make me much more interested in purchasing again. The sent is lovely though!
