Extremely Disappointed – Unpleasant Odor After Wearing
I’ve owned and worn many Nike sneakers over the years and have never experienced anything like this. However, after wearing the Nike V5 RNR, my feet develop an extremely unpleasant odor, and the smell remains in the shoes as well. I can wear my Cole Haan shoes for 14 hours without any odor, so this is clearly an unusual experience for me. I’ve been wearing the V5 RNR for about a month and have even had to wash the insoles because of the smell. I also noticed the Move to Zero card included in the box, which made me wonder whether the materials used in this model could be contributing to the problem. I understand that this may not be the cause, but the difference compared with my other shoes is striking. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Nike V5 RNR? I’d appreciate an explanation from Nike regarding the materials used and whether this could be a product-specific issue.

These sneakers are super comfortable, they’re great for a workout and you don’t get that rocking feeling but it’s still a good amount of cushion! They last through my tough workouts and breathe super well!

Comfortable and fit great.
My husband loves the look of the shoe. However, he said the side where the ankle hits, hurts him. He is wearing a band aid. He will see if that will work for him. We will not be returning. He will make it work.

Photo of Phantom/Moon Particle/Burgundy Ash/Phantom color way is inaccurate. Looks more black / metallic in person.
