The chair is great quality - but the build was not the easiest to put together. Sometimes the manufacturing holes didn’t line up evenly. The color of the cushion is grey which goes beautifully with this wood grain

These stools are very poorly constructed. I have put mine together twice and screws keep falling out of the legs onto the floor. Which makes them too unstable to safely use. Terrible product.

Love Them!
We love our new counter stools and are really going to enjoy them in our new house. They are very pretty, and are unique-looking. A family member saw pictures and ordered some for herself! Delivery time was reasonable. They were packed well and were easy to assemble.

Wow! So far, I’m in love! They are solid and great quality. I was hesitant with mixed reviews. Description says rubber frame and was confused but, they are legit so nice! They look great on my kitchen. Fingers crossed a year from now they are just as beautiful!

Do not purchase from Macys! Bad customer service!
I’ll never order anything from Macy’s ever again! I placed an order for bar stools and then canceled the order. I got an email confirmation it was canceled. I then placed an order for the correct bar stools. Macys sent me the right bar stools and then my canceled order. They then charged my card for an unauthorized purchase. I have spent 3-4 hours each week trying to get my money back after ups picked up the unauthorized purchase and delivered it back to macys.

Such a beautiful chair!
The Ink + Ivy Crackle Bar Stool is gorgeous! It was simple to put together, the hardware was packaged thoughtfully, and I was able to put it together in 10 minutes. It’s comfortable, looks great in my space, and feels quite sturdy. We use it for extra guest seating in our home and our guests have really enjoyed it - both in aesthetics and comfort!
