Love the caraf

I've owned a very similar version of this Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker for more than ten years only it had glass pot. Its always made great coffee as long as I didn't leave the freshly made coffee on the built in warmer, since it would get bitter sitting on the heat. I would always shut off the coffee maker once it was finished and then warm up the 2nd, and 3rd cups in the microwave. I bought this caraf version so I would no longer have use the microwave to heat my 2nd and 3rd cups anymore. Love the coffee still and my life got a bit easier.

Love the thermal pot

This is the 2nd Cuisinart thermal coffee maker I have purchased. It brews delicious coffee but the thermal coffee pot is the game changer. It keeps the coffee hot for hours and tasting like it was just brewed. I will never go back to a glass coffee pot again!

Makes really good coffee!

The coffee is so much better than the machine (different brand) I replaced. There is no bitterness. It's very easy to set up. Programming it for next day automatic brewing works great. It's so nice waking up to the coffee already made. It looks great. So why only 4 stars: 1) I can't find a visual way to know how much coffee is left. That's on me for assuming there would be an indicator of some sort given the steel carafe not letting me see how much coffee is in there. 2) Pouring the last cup from the carafe is difficult. I have to tilt the carafe more than 90 degrees and most days coffee spills. I'm hoping I will eventually learn how to pour that last cup without spilling.
