SO DISAPPOINTED

Stuck on grease is VERY HARD to clean. The brochure says to use a melamine sponge to "scrub away the sticky". I will not use a melamine sponge because of microplastics! I wrote to the company....will see what they say!

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

My dream grill pan!

I have been searching for a pan like this for a very long time! Well here it is and I love it… it grills to perfection and the clean up is unbelievably easy! Thanks to my daughter for telling me about Green Pan products!

Fantastic Everyday Pan

This pan is fantastic. I’d been looking for a replacement for a deeper frying pan that could also hold sauces. It’s great. Food slides right off and it’s easy to care for. I just wish the lid was glass so it’s easier to visually monitor.

Great pan

Very nice pan, feels very sturdy, heats evenly, food slides right off. It's even more non-stick than my Teflon pan with the added bonus of no Teflon.
