Best knives ever. People are
Best knives ever. People are always hesitant about more expensive versions of everyday items, but I am a firm believer of buy it for life. Shun knives are leagues ahead of you casual knife, and you will notice the difference. Hard things to cut such as tomatoes or watermelons, cut like butter and are no match against Shun knives.

The best, most perfect knives
The best, most perfect knives on the market. The edge is brilliant. I take care of mine, and I have never once had to sharpen it. The craftsmanship is absolutely exquisite. These knives are the best money can buy.

The knife is a work
The knife is a work of art and is absolutely my utility, go-to knife in my kitchen. I used to mistakenly believe that a kitchen knife was a kitchen knife but boy was I wrong. Top notch product.

Great gift idea
Absolutely love! This is my fifth Shun as I'm slowly building my set because they are pricey. I've also converted my dad and stepdad to these knives because you can't beat the quality. So if you need a great fathers day or bday gift for any of the guys in your life, look no further. They will love this. My husband doesn't even cook but he loves using this knife to slice his watermelons.

Used product
Very disappointed with this purchase. The knife arrived with significant damage, not just damaged packaging. The box was badly torn and crushed, and the knife itself appears damaged, with part of the blade/edge looking chipped or missing. There are also visible marks on the blade. For a premium Shun knife, this condition is completely unacceptable. It looks like the item may have been previously damaged, mishandled, or returned and then resold. A high-end knife should arrive brand new, intact, and securely packaged—not with a damaged blade and destroyed packaging.
