Very Good Design!

This little “machine” does it all: slices a variety of foods easily safely and comfortably! In the true Oxo design it isdesigned with the orthopedic concerns some users may have need for but equally useable for those who do not.

Love Oxo

We love the oxo brand. This is the mandoline slicer we decided on because of the brand. It glides nicely and peels effortlessly. We mostly use it for onions. Haven’t had any issues in the time we’ve owned it. Recommend for your kitchen!

Not possible to remove the blade

I’m rating this a one star because there is no possible way to remove the blade for sharpening. This is an extremely dangerous designed as every cook know the most dangerous tools in the kitchen is a dull knife/blade. This is completely unusable and is know land fill as the mandolin is completely unsafe too use. Once again a product is landfill due to cheap mass manufacturing. If possible I would rate this a -5 out of 5 due to it being unusable after only a handful of uses.
