Macy's had me on the phone they're Ai said would be 4mins turned out to be over half hour that when I got into chat it was to late to change the delivery instructions?????Thank you Macy's and like most American corporations I am sure you are abusing current employees with at least this dept being under staffed, additionally how about a change delivery instructions after an order has been put in?????Livid to sy the least
