Loving my Valencia Pro Ceramic Frypans

These pans are incredible. Follow what they say about not using spray non-stick and hand washing. But other than that, everything cooks wonderfully. Love, love, love these.

Great Option

I purchased the 12" skillet after reading America's Test Kitchen's recommendation. When that skillet worked well for me, I bought this set, which has not disappointed. The GreenPan skillets are heavy enough to feel solid, but light enough to flip food with a chronically sprained wrist. Nothing has stuck to any of them, so far. I have cooked with the same 12" and 10" cast iron skillets for more than 25 years. These GreenPan skillets won't replace them, but are a great option and clearly better for some dishes.

Best pans ever

I love to cook and am in the kitchen daily. These are hands down the BEST pans I have ever had! I use them on an induction stove and they distribute even heat with no sticking. Wonderful! Cant beleive Iā€™ve been without these pans for so long.
