I Found A New Respect For Pans
Wow! I have been doing pans wrong all my life. You really do realize how bad your pans are when you get a good one. The pan was (and still is) completely non-stick and is so easy to clean. I've never had to put in such little effort to clean something. I'm used to putting everything on high heat but I finally learned that not everything has to be put to 100. It heats fast and evenly. And actually makes me look forward frying something cause I know it's going to be a quick cleanup. Also I'll add, its light weight. Ive had much heavier pans that burn everything! This pan was so good I actually threw out 2.

Healthy cooking. Long lasting pan
The Greenpan Valencia pro frying pan feels sturdy and well-made without being too heavy, and it heats up quickly and evenly. I've cooked eggs, vegetables, and chicken, and everything was released easily with very limited oil, making cooking and clean-up effortless. I also tried deep-fried, and it didn't burn the oil. One of my favourite features is the ceramic non-stick coating. It's great knowing it's PFAS-free, and the cooking surface has performed beautifully so far. The 26cm is perfect for everyday family meals. Cleaning is incredibly easy. A quick wipe or gentle wash is all it needs. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the pan feels balanced and durable. This is a high-quality frying pan that makes everyday cooking more enjoyable. Based on my experience (this is my second GreenPan pan), I would definitely recommend the Greenpan Valencia Pro to anyone looking for a reliable ceramic non-stick pan. Easy to use and clean with an even cook
The Greenpan Valencia Pro has a very nice hand feel and isn’t too heavy or uncomfortable for my arthritis. It sits flat on the stovetop which isn’t the case with some of my other frying pans, so bags great for an even distribution of heat. I followed the instructions and used butter to grease the pan and it didn’t cause any issues with burning it leaving a residue. I’ve read a lot of reviews that this pan works wonderfully at first but then loses its non-stick capabilities and becomes useless. So far I’ve only used it twice so my review is only for those two uses, so far. Influenster have given a smaller window than I’d like to submit this review, so if there are any changes I’ll try and come back and update. Otherwise, so far I’m really happy with the ease of use and cleaning the Valencia Pro has, giving me a nice evenly cooked meal with little muss or fuss each time.

Nice easy pan to use
This pan is the perfect size for qhipping up a quick breakfast. They are non stick, and able to go into the oven with the metal handle. Not too heavy, can grip well & a non stick texture. No assembly required, I've used numerous times & the handle is still super tight.

No mess and stick free pancakes
Saturday mornings in our house means one thing, pancakes. Two little girls who want them stacked high and dad in the tools trying not to burn the place down. I’ve gone through a few pans over the years and always end up with stuff stuck to them, no matter what I do. Cooked some with no butter or oil, no sticking. Clean up was easy, just a quick wipe and done. No scrubbing or soaking. The handle feels a bit hollow and light, feels a little odd, but doesn’t impact the cooking or how the pan works.
