Cheaper at Le Creuset website

I purchased this as a gift. I found it, within hours of placing the order, on the Le Creuset website a lot cheaper, free shipping and a 10 year warranty vs Macy's 5 year warranty. When I tried to cancel the order the chat agent could not cancel it even though it had not yet been processed and it was the New Years Day holiday. They couldn't even redirect it to my address (instead of the gift recipient) so I could return it and buy it from Le Creuset directly.

Love rhone!

This was my second casserole dish. I bought another because they are discontinuing the color rhone, so I had to stock up. I'll am actually quite sad to no longer be purchasing Le Creuset products, but I'll continue to use these and my square casserole dishes and my three dutch ovens daily.

Loves it!! These pots and pans if taken care of properly will last you a lifetime!! As will your family or whoever it is your serving, they’ll definitely compliment your dishes!! I love the pumpkins and Christmas stuff they have!!
