Dents
I have ordered this model 5 times and twice from Macy's. (Obviously I want this oven). Each time the oven has come with dents. The box is perfect, but the oven has dents. I have opened a case with Breville and have not had a response yet (only 2 days). I just want an oven that doesn't have dents.

Short LIfespan Chronic Problems
This toaster oven is a great investment while it works. I got a couple of years out of it when the door stopped closing all the way. After a few days of frustration i gave up for a few weeks. Watched some youtube repair videos and got the door closing after taking the off. A real pain especially for such an expensive product. Very common issue, rail that guides door warps with time, i assume its a heat issue. Timer stopped working soon after, toaster heats up to temp and shuts off. Kinda made everything but toaster oven feature useless. More Youtube video shows a switch the the door engages to start isn't being engaged as a result of a door not engaging a bracket upon closing. I adjusted (bent/unbent) until I heard click engaging. Worked once or twice, but timer is useless, so cooking is impossible. I don't want to open it a third time, since the first two weren't that fun.Don't buy this unit. works just past warranty and then it becomes landfill.

An all-in-one champ in the kitchen
We've had this air fryer for about two now, and we literally use it every day. I love it most as an air fryer, but all the other functions have been awesome too. The price was very reasonable considering how much this thing does and how pretty it is.

I love this little oven. The versatility of all the different functions is so convenient. It has replaced 3 separate small appliances that are now sitting unused. I thought I would miss not having a microwave (ours broke the day before the toaster oven was delivered. What a blessing, honestly), and the air fryer, and the toaster. We use this toaster oven every day, several times a day. I'm very happy with it.

It's the greatest! I've used it so much already and I've had it only a month. My favorite feature is the dehydrator. I have used that feature multiple times for different things. You can't go wrong with it!

Customer Service is very important
Display features doesn’t light up like it supposed to, Now I have to go back to the store.Salesperson said they don’t transfer from other stores. He said when he is off he can go pick it up from Kahala and bring it to Ala Moana. That doesn’t sound right. The worst thing today, I ask zwilling rep if Bert was working today, she said probably. She couldn’t even call to see wher Bert was, so went to see Aaron and he use his device to see where Bert was. Bert came up and told him the problem. I spent a lot of $ buying products from that Representative/zwilling. It really brother me at home. Worst thing I’ve know her for awhile. When I have time I told Bert I’ll be by and exchange for newer model, so he doesn’t have to pick up same model from Kahala.
