A great knife for a home cook

I purchased this chef knife after using the 5.5" miyabi evolution knife for a while. The quality is wonderful for the price and perfect for a home chef like me. The longer 8" model has great versatility and is the perfect weight to hold in my hand. I'm sure this will last a long time.

Very sharp knife

This is a very good all purpose knife. I like it for some things, but overall, the Chinese chef knife works better for me. However, I will be keeping both..You can't go wrong with either.

Great fusion knife!

A great blend of Japanese blade and European style. The blade is razor sharp out of the box and the handle is extremely comfortable for prolonged use. I'm very happy with this knife and it has become my go to when I'm in the kitchen.
