I am very upset and dissatisfied!!!

The earrings are just ok! But the earrings were bent when delivered! I was so angry! I had been trying to get these earrings for so long that I didn't want to send them back! I straightened them out and kept them. I had so many problems with this product and the delivery of the earrings! Also they kept changing the delivery date! Macy's should do better with satisfying the customer! I will never order again!

The earrings are lovely. They are small, but that's what I wanted. HOWEVER, both earring posts were bent from the poor shipping. They were in an envelope. I straightened them the best I could. I was worried that the posts would break.

Insecure Backs

Upon receipt of these earrings I carefully removed them from the card assuring that I didn’t drop the earring backs. Upon attempting to secure the back to the earring post I could tell it was loose. Given the small size, shortly after the back fell off & was lost. Be aware of this design flaw before purchasing.
