Best large pan

Love that it is non-stick. Don't have to worry about PFAS anymore with this pan. The lid is a great fit.

Not for induction

Even though there is an induction symbol on the bottom of these pans they will not work on an induction stove. Be careful. I just got back to my home to use them for the first time and the return window was closed so I’m out of luck….

Not nonstick at all

Surprise surprise. Stuff sticks terribly to these pans. Making a cheese quesadilla was a disaster. You have to cook entirely differently.

Does not hold up

The size and weight of these is great, but they did not hold up. Despite following the cleaning and use instructions to a T, including only using silicone spatulas, the 10" pan chipped within 3 months of use and had 3 other chips within the next 6 months. In addition, in just under a year it got to the point where brown stains would not come off. The GreenPan GP5 pots, by comparison, have held up very well - they're just a bit heavy.
