Irritated ears

These are supposedly 14 k but my ears are getting irritated from wearing them... otherwise they're pretty

Not as pictured

The photos showed a round spherical shaped pearl. What l received was a flat, button-like pearl. Not what l wanted, so earrings were returned.

Wrong item received

I ordered a different brand of earrings and what I received is completely different I received a Macy & Co brand of jewelry and the price was different too. This is the second time this has happened im very upset.

The backs of the stem do not fit. I will have to return them to the store tomorrow or Saturday very upsetting It was a gift to my daughter who was only here for the day

Promised and not delivered!

I never received the earrings. They were delayed from Dec. 28th to Dec. 24th and it never arrived! No explanation!
