Totally shattered upon receiving.

Purchased this item online as a birthday gift for my Mother-in-law. It was delivered completely broken in 100 pieces. Please ship your fragile packages in a more secure way.

Lost, then Broken.

First they sent me two of the 3 qt baking dishes instead of this dish and the baking dish. I contacted about the casserole dish they sent a “replacement” it arrived broke and then ANOTHER 3 qt baking dish arrived. I told them they sent the wrong one and asked for the right one, they proceeded to ship me another broke one and when I called today I asked if we could just ship to the store to pick up to avoid the breaking and was told only if I was willing to take the refund and repurchase it. Just buy this in store.

Beautiful and Practical

I have been wanting this baking dish for a long time. I finally bought it when I saw it on sale. I love its aesthetics. I also love the handles that make it easy to navigate from oven to table. So far I've made roasted potatoes in it for 11 people. I also made a casserole in it. It cleans easily and is pretty.
