Could be better
The reservoir could be bigger. Mopped a small area and had to refill a couple times. Tried it on furniture and found no difference. Tried it on carpet pet soiled spots, used black light a few days later. Spots still visible.

Overall, I found the power fresh to be effective. I had hoped that the steam would be a little bit stronger than it is, but overall it’s done a good job.

Tiny trigger
Why is the trigger so small? I swear I've gotten a blister from trying to keep the trigger pressed while cleaning my floors. The trigger should be like the crosswave's trigger. I like the steamer but the trigger makes it really hard to use for a long period of time.

Lemon ?
I have trouble getting a strong steam to come out. The accessories are cheap and won’t last long. Wondering if I got a lemon.

Save your money
We purchased this mop and were initially very pleased with it for the first five or so uses. It then began heavily leaking from multiple areas. After providing video evidence, Bissel did replaced it under warranty. While we appreciated the quick response, the replacement mop developed the exact same leaking issues after minimal use. This is a poorly made product that consistently fails far too quickly. Based on our experience, this is not worth the money. We will not be purchasing again. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different mop.
