great charm!

Got this necklace for my wife who loves this piece. It's a great-looking, sturdy gold charm. We already put it on a different necklace, however, as the one it comes with is VERY thin and delicate. Feels like it could break pretty easily, which is why this isn't 5 stars. But she loves the main charm part!

Poor Customer Service

I would like to be able to review the actual item, but Macy's delivered an empty box and immediately calling customer service and being told I would hear back within 48 hours, there was no response from Macy's and when I contacted their consumer protection bureau I was told that they were "reviewing" the claim, but that they were unlikely to provide any resolution because as far as they are concerned the order was delivered.

Beautiful horn, large size but chain is flimsy, arrived in box already broken. Item was returned. Very disappointed!
