Review Rachel Tote

The lining is not as soft as in previous years. The handles seem a bit short to the size of the bag. The leather is nice and the size is ample.

No purse charm- bad customer service

The purse was missing the iconic key purse charm. After over 30 minutes of conversation with several different customer service representatives to resolve this I had no choice but to send it back. Very frustrating!

Beautiful

I really love this tote. The leather is gorgeous, and it has plenty of pockets. Sadly, it didn’t have the Fossil key charm.

Buyers beware

The bag came intact with wrapping. But no key signature on the strap like the picture. Why???? Did Fossil downgrade their quality check or Macy’s took the key symbol away?

Rachel Leather Tote

I love my new fossil bag. The brown leather was not my original choice, but I do really like it. The only thing that I am not happy with, is that it is missing the Fossil signature "Key" . All other fossil bags that I own came with the "key" attached with a leather strap. This bag shows one in the picture on the Macy's website, but my bag has no "key". This is a big disappointment.
