Consider the ceramic sets

I've had the non-stick set for about two months. They have performed well so far. I hand wash them but would probably add some ceramic non-stick pans as well for using higher temps. Covers fit well. Saute pan is great.

Flaking black on bottom

The cookware cooks good. It is not as easy to clean as it says. If you have browned something, it is more difficult to clean. We have been very careful to follow instructions. We have only washed with a sponge or a soft cloth. Also the black is flaking from the bottom. Photos are included.
