Lovely Ladies Watch

I just received this watch and it’s really beautiful. The date box is very tiny but I like the numbers on the dial. Unfortunately I need to have the bracelet made smaller before I can wear it. I chose this one because it has a smaller dial than a lot of newer ladies watches and I have small wrists. Citizen gives a five year warranty.

Bad service

I bought this watch being told that you can simply have the band adjustment done at Macy’s for free. And that is where it all went bad they said they were not able to adjust it to come back in a couple hours when someone else that could do it would be working only to find out that they don’t have the tools to do it and was told they ordered the tools but had no idea when they would be in and maybe I could go to another Macy’s and that maybe they had the tools but never called the other store or offered to call to find out. Nice Watch BUT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO WONDER STORES ARE CLOSING. I may have to re-think my shopping loyalty

Lightweight on my wrist

I love the watch, it's cute and lightweight. It feels nice, not so heavy like alot of my watches. It is two tone so I can wear with either my gold or silver jewelry or both.
