Beware of sharp edges

I bought the All-Clad cookware set from Macy’s in 2021 or 2022, and while the pots themselves cook well, there’s one major issue that has become impossible to ignore. The rims/edges of every pot are incredibly sharp—literally like a razor. I’ve cut my fingers multiple times while washing or handling them. At first, I thought I was just being clumsy, but after it kept happening with different pots in the set, I realized it’s the cookware itself. For a premium brand at this price point, I would never expect the edges to be this dangerous. I hope All-Clad addresses this design because no one should have to worry about getting cut while doing dishes or cooking.

Support appears not to be available

I have a new stainless frying pan that has stains I’m unable to remove with baking soda or Bar Keeper’s Friend. I’m not able to access support via the website as it’s not functioning properly.
