Great pot. Cooks so evenly. Breeze to Clean. Finally treated myself to a great brand.

Love the pot but the handle is too long!
I love All-Clad cookware and have quite of few of the skillets. This is my first sauce pan/pot and it is also great except for the handle which I find too long, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

All-Clad is #1
The D3 Stainless 3-ply Bonded Cookware, Sauce Pan with lid, 1 quart complements the other outstanding All-Clad cookware that I have in my kitchen. It's perfect for sauces and small batches of food. I am thoroughly satisfied with my latest addition to my All-Clad assortment of cooking pans.

They'll keep 30% if you return it
You'd think by now All clad could make a decent pan.Sadly the handle is uncomfortable, it cuts into your hand when you try to pour from it. It's also too long and the pan is too heavy. PLUS, if you try it, hate it, and return it, they take 30% instead of trying to replace it or find you a better option.

Invest in pots for life
I had same pot for last 26 years and it works great. Still looks like new. I purchased this one for my daughter so she can have it for life. I believe in buying goods that last life time and always perform best. Keeps garbage out of landfill. I see lots of people buying cheap pots and tossing them after short time. It’s a lot more expansive in a long run, not to mention all the waste.

Convenient size and it looks really good.
My 1 1/2 quart saucepan is absolutely the right size for whipping up a quick meal for one, or sometimes two, people. It's small enough to be light and comfortable in the hand, yet big enough to hold a jar of pasta sauce. It cleans well and easily (including the potatoes I absent-mindedly burned.). Finally, it looks good. I may consider buying more all-clad items. Heartedly recommend!

How to stay healthy in old age.
We have owned a pair of these 2-qt pots for nearly 30 years. The pots are used in alternation, but nearly every day. I recently bought three more as gifts. It is hardly necessary to warranty them. They are so sturdy that you could practically swat a tank into the ditch with them. We are sure that the recipients of our gifts will be pleased. We are including a 3 lb. sack of Wheat Montana 7-grain cereal with each gift. This has been our standard breakfast cereal for nearly as long as we have had the pots By the way, I am in my late 80s; my wife is somewhat younger. We are both strapping and healthy. We have tee shirts that read: How to achieve a healthy old age, with these words in cascade: Laughter, Oxygen, Vitamins, Exercise. You will note that the first letters, in cascade, spell 'L O V E'

Love my cookware.
I'm refreshing my cookware collection, driven by my GI issues and the realization that using the right pots makes all the difference. My current favorite pot feels so wonderful in my hands and adds a touch of elegance to my stove. I’m excited to replace my entire lineup with ones that elevate my cooking experience.
