Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the pan’s performance and easy cleanup. It’s wonderful to know it’s making cooking even more enjoyable for you.
Nice pan but not a wok
Beautifully made but too shallow to be used as a true wok. It also needs a lid, preferably domed

Good but handle needs improvement.
Great product but the handle is not very ergonomic. Its not the easiest to pick up and toss the food. Instead of a solid handle is has a curved indention on the top which makes is hard to get a good grip.

Happy WOK
Large 14” wok . Replaced my carbon steel Chinese wok that was too much maintenance. All-Clad D3® Tri-Ply Stainless-Steel Wok is made in America and is easy to care for. Light enough to deal with any cooking tasks. Very evenly distributed heat.

I'm disappointed
I follow the directions heating the wok before I add oil, and in the beginning, nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan, but as I add items to the wok, it starts sticking. I prefer my Rachael Ray wok, and it was a lot less expensive.

Hi! Our cookware is stainless steel. To prevent food from sticking preheat the pan in a low-medium heat for a couple of minutes. You can test your pan to see if it's ready by dropping a few drops of water on the pan and seeing if the water "dances" around. After properly preheated add a little bit of oil. When adding the food, make sure there is an even sizzling sound when it touches the pan. Allow the food to cook without disturbing it until the preferred doneness it achieved. If your heat is to high sticking may occur. Check out our Care & Use page for videos on how to properly use your All-Clad cookware https://www.all-clad.com/care-use
