Item used and damaged

Today I received an item that I have been wanting for months. I still have my old skillet from 10years and when it came back I reordered it. I’m glad I still have my old one. 12” Covered Deep Skillet by Ayesha Curry. I’m very disappointed that Macy’s will send an item that has been used, still had oil on the bottom of the skillet and the rim of the skillet was damaged so badly that the lid will not fit at all. Unfortunately there is no Macy’s in the Jacksonville area where I live now. I’m very upset and I’m not sure if I should order anything from Macy’s online. I would NOT recommend this product.

GREAT BUY

10/10 this pot is really good! Sturdy and not stripping! And it’s deep so when I’m making certain items, the contents of my skillet are not spilling over. Definitely a good buy.

Disappointed by this Beautiful Looking Skillet

Great non stick surface...BUT the skillet is not flat on the bottom so it spins and moves when on the glass cooktop. (Very dangerous when it is filled with hot food or liquids) Overall...It cannot be used...it's unsafe....and it's a big disappointment Called the company ASAP...zero assistance...they referred me to Macy's (I called Macy's to let them know...Great customer service...as always)

Great pan, poor packaging.

Great pan, so good this is our second one! The pan was not well packaged and arrived bent. Luckily i had another one to match up with and mostly bent it back. Lid has dents permanent in it, but was able to straighten it close enough to fit.

Pretty

Have scratches already inside pan. Disappointing Love the color. Handle overheats badly!!! I’m 77 and I dropped onto my foot. First time using. Lol. What can I do to keep it from burning me. A cloth is hard due to rheumatoid in hands. Too clumsy. Size is good.
