Great machine, but only lasted a few months
I bought this, along with a pop+ for my wife for Christmas. We love the pop+ and both use it at least once, if not twice each day. We used the aeroccino 3 a few times each day for the first few weeks, but after about 6 weeks my wife noticed that it was taking longer to warm the milk. We only used 2% or whole milk in the machine, but now it just sits in the cabinet. The milk takes longer to get hot and doesn't seem to get as hot as it did before. Not sure what the problem is. She wants me to buy another milk frother because she loves the convenience of the aeroccino 3, but she is really unsatisfied with this machine after a few months of use and is insisting on choosing a different manufacturer.

I’ve had this milk frother for almost 10 years and it’s still working perfectly. I’ve tried others in between and they all broke within months.

Love this!
Excellent milk frother! I’ve had mine for years and it still works great. I love that you can do hot or cold. I just wish Nespresso offered this in different colors as well. I would love a white or off white color to match my white Nespresso Up machine.

FOMO? No, FOAM!
This is the fourth Aeroccino I've owned--first one (original) till the lining flaked off; second one was a 3 that did the same thing; then a 4 that worked great in a rental I was in after I had a house fire, but I mislaid the base during the move back home; and now this one I bought when my regular espresso machine was in the shop. (Need my cappuccino---don't judge). I've tried both whole milk--regular & ultra-filtered--as well as "barista" oat. Have only made hot froth--haven't tried just heating milk or making cold foam. Perfect hot froth. With oat milk, it rinses out clean; but deducting a star because dairy milk tends to congeal on the very bottom and I need to dislodge it with a rubber spatula to rinse it off. (Use only a rubber or silicone spatula or a paper towel--a metal spoon, hard utensil or scrub brush will scratch the lining, which is delicate).

They Are Great Until They're Not.
I am about to order my fourth one of these. It's the only one on the market that does what it does with such ease. But they break. You get a year or two and then no matter what it stops foaming and just heats up the milk. I will keep with it. But I wish they lasted longer.

Caution!!
Aeroccino3: We have had this unit for a couple of years. The wife uses it a couple of times a week, I would guess. Clean-up is my job, usually, and it's always done by hand. After drying, it goes back into the coffee prep area. When the wife removed the lid to pour in her milk, a “terrible smell” assaulted her. Inside was a pool of yellowish, highly fragrant, slippery fluid. I'm guessing it is a lubricant that may have overheated. Regardless, why did it leak when it was not in use? Or did it sometimes leak while in use? Yuk! This is a dangerous situation. A seal leaked about 2 tsp of this inedible (at best) liquid into the food area, WHEN IT WAS IDLE!! How much has been consumed?? Too much!! I have no recommendation for protecting yourself, except to smell the area before pouring in any liquids. There are no obvious blown gaskets even now. Be careful if you own one. Consider a different unit, if you are only shopping for a frother.

Easy, quick, convenient!
I love this. Worth the price. Didn’t give it 5 stars bc the lid/ gasket doesn’t shut tight enough to avoid overflow. I follow the line guidelines inside and it still overflows all the time so I have to stay and watch. I wish they had an airtight lid & seal and once it got to the point it will overflow it would auto-shut off. My sister in laws does the same thing. But still I love, and use it daily. Plus im adding my Ryze mushroom to it.
