Multiple uses for this item

Weighing in a couple of pounds this is great not only for bacon but to help sear steaks and smash burgers. I heat up the Iron to put on top of a Grilled Cheese while in the pan to help cook and melt cheese from both sides. Makes things go quicker. Helps with Pork chops that curl too.

Cast Iron Bacon Press

The size of this cast iron bacon press makes it easy to handle. I purchased three as gifts. Each guy loved it. One nephew is using his to make smash burgers, one nephew is using his as a bacon press and my grandson is using his to help make paninis. The Sale price helped make this a great purchase that will be enjoyed for many years.
