Return the item because one of the handles was broken off it probably happened with shipping and it was too large for my stove.

delivery on driveway by garage door. not on porch
box was half open and pretty beat up, product seemed to be ok. What bothers me is dropping off the box on driveway, first door near street. We are seniors and carry a heavy box to porch and than up steps is not acceptable. I use a wheeled walker and this was a real challenge. Id like to stop delivering people from doing this. please help.
