Return window closed and of course the clasp breaks after spending a lot of money.. Macys should honor their product and return things when they cost this much!

Christmas Gift

I received it as a Christmas gift from my fiancé, after staring at it for a few weeks before the holidays. It’s super pretty & I love wearing it. I had to have a few links removed because I have a small wrist but other than that it’s perfect and looks like the picture ❤️

Tennis bracelet

Very hard to open and close clasp. My jewelry said it is a poorly made bracelet and will probably break. I bought on Black Friday and thought I got a super deal. The jokes on me. So what is Macys going to do about this. Want it back!!! I bought 2 of these and one was a Xmas present. My girlfriend bought one and has already taken it to the jeweler for repair.
