Inner zipper came torn

I wanted to have this suitcase forever, but didn’t even get to travel with it. I leave in a week and I decided to start packing early. Once I organized everything and went to zip it up, I noticed the zipper was already torn. Either this was a used/return item or it’s just bad quality. Glad I noticed it before I went on my trip. I’m a huge Betsey Johnson fan so this was a big disappointment.

Great luggage!

This is larger than I thought and has so much room. It expands for even more room. I love the quality and cute design. Will end up ordering the rest of the set.

Don't buy this.

The first time we used a wheel fell off. Manufacturer didn't help Macy's didn't help. I wouldn't even give it one star.

Good but...

The luggage is beautiful. Unfortunately one of the bags arrived in a very beat up box, improperly packaged, and the bag was pretty scratched up. As it's going to get scratched up when it goes through checks luggage I didn't bother sending it back. But it would have been nice if the luggage had looked like new when I received it. More careful packaging is certainly warranted.
