Poor quality

We used this once on our trip and on the way home to the airport, we realized the handle was broke off inside the bag. The return window was expired and the person(s) I spoke with at Macys didn’t have a solution to help. Doesn’t this product have a year warranty? It would be nice for someone to reach out to resolve this issue

London Fog dress bag

I used this bag for the first time this past week and it did not survive the airport luggage system. It’s not very durable considering it’s price. It tore at the bottom. I am disappointed.

Wheeled garment bag

I wanted to purchase a folding wheeled garment bag for my return flight to Europe. There were none in the 3 Macy's that I visited. I purchased the smaller suitcase and carryon in store but had to order the garment bag on-line. It arrived within 4 days. It was much heavier than I expected. The quality is good and I am happy with the amount of items it can hold
