Poor customer service

Do not recommend buying furniture from macys. Terrible customer service. I did not receive my entire order and have called four times, getting nowhere. They will give me no refund option.

Perfect!

We wanted an ottoman that would fit under our coffee table that could be used as extra seating, and this is perfect. Just the right height, and firm enough to give some support. Love it!

Pouf

It’s nice and firm and holds its shape well, love the sturdy material. The only issue is that the zipper is missing the tab so I had to attach a zip tie to get the zipper open.

Love this Pouf!!

This pouf is exactly what we needed for our conversion of our office to a den/tv room. Colors are exactly as pictured on the web site. This pouf is a perfect size and height for a much needed foot rest!
