Looks like good quality

Haven’t used it waiting on getting tongs with plastic tips so it doesn’t scratch

Poor design

This grill cannot accommodate anything that is thick like a sandwich. The top does not align parallel with the bottom while grilling. It forces whatever you are grilling forward. I am very disappointed in this, and I do not recommend it.
