Defective electric power supply.

Found out that the deep fryer won’t power uo right on the day it was going to be used. What a mess!!!!! Have to find out another old appliance to use. So so disappointed for a purchase from Macys.

Safety cord sucks.

The magnetic break away safety cord is a joke. U just barely bump it and it falls off. So 3 times now im in the middle of frying a big dinner and the cord falls off. So by the time u see it has stopped heating the oil has cooled down and everything stops. So 3 ruined dinners cause had to sit n wait till it heats back up again. I'm going to cut a hole in the plastic and solder a real power cord on it.

Party Pleaser

I love my Hamilton Beach deep fryer. It was perfect for my grandson's birthday party. I was able to make french fries and serve them hot and fresh, right outside. It made the event perfect for the kids.
