Everyone should have one

I’ve never had a double boiler before. I absolutely love it. It came in handy for melting chocolate. I was amazed at how easy the cleanup was on something like this.

I have only used once since receiving, but it worked very well. I melted chocolate and the pan cleaned up easily. It feels sturdy and I had no problems.

No Lumps

Makes making sauces easy. The pudding for banana puddings come out perfect. Gravies come out flawless without the lumps. A pleasure to use.
