Oversold

I ordered this Christmas tree. Macy's took my money and never sent the tree. After 2 months of follow up we are without a Christmas.

Great Tree

We just received our new 7.5 ft pre-lit Douglas Fir Tree and set it up just to check it out. It was easy to set up and fluff out. It is a full completely beautiful tree. All the lights work great and we love the LED with the multi colored feature. Thanks for making just a great product. We can's wait to put it up next year and decorate it. djm

NO RETURNS AFTER DECEMBER 25TH

HOLIDAY TRADITION OF PUTTING THE TREE UP CHRISTMAS EVE AND FOUND A STRING OF LIGHTS DIDN'T WORK. (KEEP IN MIND THE TREE ONLY HAS 750 LIGHTS TO BEGIN WITH ). GOT INTO THE WEBSITE CHRISTMAS NIGHT TO RETURN AND UNABLE TO RETURN. UNABLE TO ADD A STRAND OF LIGHTS D/T ITS MULTILIGHT FUNCTIONING SYSTEM. REACHED OUT VIA EMAIL. WAITING ON A RESOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM.

Underwhelmed

Thank goodness we got this on sale because at full price this would be a HUGE disappointment.85% of the tree is not “ultra real” feeling, its that cheap tinsel-y stuff which was exactly what we wanted to avoid.The cords for the lights are an absolute mess and even after fluffing are highly visible. There are ends of cords that connect with nothing and have no cap to protect them. Luckily the whole tree lights up even with these odd ends. The cords made some pieces difficult to fluff because they are strung through the tree so haphazardly with no rhyme or reason. The good news is the lights do go to the ends of the branches and are even spread out overall, but something needs to be figured out with all the cords a little deeper in the tree. Overall we are satisfied enough because we got a great Black Friday deal but wanted to let others know in case they are considering purchasing at full price.

Great Christmas Tree

Beautiful Christmas tree and branches are well made like real. I enjoyed decorating it and got lots of compliments about how beautiful it looks. Good purchase for me to last a lifetime.
