Definitely Bait and Switch Item
Very dissatisfied with how Macy's handled this sale. I purchased knife set in picture only to receive brushed stainless set TWICE!! First time ok- mistake. Second time supervisor told me they did not carry knife set in picture. Hmmm... I can only say I'm terribly disappointed with how I didn't get what I ordered- perhaps because item is now not on sale? Offered me a refund of order. Regardless- I will think twice from ordering knife sets from Macy's shipping because they still have the photo of the knife set I wanted still online!

Not like the picture
I was disappointed with the knives because they did not look like the picture. I expected the handle to look like the picture (textured), but the knife set had a smooth handle. Also, they are light in weight.

Very sharp, sleek and modern look. Was going to buy a HB product but are very happy we went with this instead!

Artiste Collection 17 pc Cutlery Block Set
Sharp knives are something that everyone needs to have in their kitchen! We've tried a lot of different sets - but thus far the Cuisinart Artiste Collection is the best! We especially appreciate the paring knife and the steak knives - nice weight and sharp!

terrible purchase
Less than a year , pick up the block and it literally came apart , The knives all fell out and also was cut . I hope they take it back .
Wrong Item
I ordered the knives because I liked the pattern on the handle. I was very disappointed when I opened the box and received plain silver knives!!
