Difficulty removing basket

I’ve avoided using this bc it is difficult to remove basket and pulp comes out very wet. Just gave it one star on Trustpilot as I was unable to write on Breville’s website

Most of the time when a juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The entire mesh of the basket should be see-through after cleaning. Best juicer, EVER!

I've been juicing since 2010 Breville is the most advanced juicer I've ever used. It leaves dry pulp, which would indicate the most juice is being extracted. I can use an entire medium apple, without cutting it, so it saves time. I will never purchase any other juicer and waste money again.

The Previous model was more durable. This one has design flaws.

I bought this one with high hopes given we had the previous model many years. Very pleasing design and good juicer. The issue we have encountered is that the basket is not durable. The seams come loose and its prone to dinks in the filter. This causes the juicer to leak everywhere. We haggled with much difficulty to get a replacement at no cost, since this was only 4-5 months old. We got it but another 3 months later we have the same problem. I think that designers have to product test this more and come up with a better solution. The old model just didn't have this problem. We are not juicing pineapples here.
