What a powerful machine

My neck and shoulders hurt, what shall I do? Shall I go see a chiropractor. A girl friend referred this massager to me. Yes, it is a powerful machine, massage pounding on my shoulders. The knots are gone now. Strongly built, great quality material, I think it is going to last long... Case in point: start with low intensity.

Feels like rapid fire rubber hammers

This device is not at all relaxing. It's like being hit with rapid-fire rubber hammers. The details in the description area that say it offers a type of "tapping" massage is somewhat misleading... Unfortunately, with the settings that are offered, there's no way that relief or a soothing massage can be achieved. It's more like irritation & bruising... Ouch!

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. He uses it everyday! I tried to use it once and it was a little too strong for me, gave me a slight headache after even with the setting turned down.
