Looking forward to easier Processing
I got this as I process a lot of food from our garden & my hands are getting arthritic. It was time to get some help. This is it. I am well pleased with the quality, very important. I forsee this holding up to my workload. I got it in my off season but have used it for making pizza cheese. I get many different cheeses, grate them, mix them & freeze for future use. It used to take a half day but with this it took 1 hour. I look forward to finding all kinds of uses.

Great Food Processor
I purchased this food processor to replace the same model I had used for more than fifteen years. One of the "feet" on the large pusher had broken; everything else worked fine. I am happy to have this same model - Pro Custom 11 cup.

LOVE my Cuisinart Food Processor 11 !!
My Cuisinart Food Processor 11 is awesome! I don't know how I ever got along in the kitchen without it. I'm so glad I bought it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to be able to chop, slice, grate, blend, etc. food for their recipes! It works perfectly and I love it !!

Cuisinart Food Processors have a long life!
My original Cuisinart Food Processor was more than 35 years old when it finally stopped working. When I looked for a replacement, I came back to Cuisinart as I expect it to now outlive me! I was pleased to find out that the extra discs from my old processor still fit the newer model.

Great Product! Sharp Blades.
My mother got a Cuisinart food processor several decades ago and to jokes and giggles now, she discussed how when she was washing the blades, she ended up cutting first her right hand, then left hand, then right hand again. My father came home from work that day to see his wife's hands covered in band aids, and today, it's a silly story we remember with fondness. When I tried this product, the blades were incredibly sharp, but thanks to it being a newer model, I had a better grip on the removable blade and I did not cut myself. Thanks for keeping the great quality.

Durable is an understatement
I bought my first Cuisinart (Custom 11) back in 1988. It still works. But it was starting to show its age so I figured it was time to update, especially with the new version being on sale. I actually think I paid less for the newer model than the original. Almost the same items included. A dough blade came with the original. I didn’t see one in the new pkg so I kept the old one. But otherwise everything else was pretty much the same. This is a workhorse for food prep. Definitely a worthwhile addition to the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Cuisinart food processor pro custom 11
Great product from a complete line of great things. This food processor is ideal for us. I do a small amount of baking so the size is just right for our needs. Everything as far as using it was very easy to navigate and was explained in easy to understand terms. All around a well made, affordable and trustworthy item.
