never received item after shipping label was created its been 10 days since posted on ups called ups and they said its never been handed off to them for shipment to call Macy's, i did they said it supposed to be delivered today 12/12/2024 there are no notices for delivery and will call them today even though i explained everything i posted here she still insisted it was coming today.

Very beautiful & delicate . I only gave it 4 stars chain is very thin looks like it would brake easy. I’m replacing it with bit longer & more stable chain. Other wise it’s beautiful gift for my niece on her birthday.
